Area of responsibility

Guest service (telephone, email and on-site in the front office; active accommodation placement)
Reception activities and telephone switching
Contact point for complaints and claims on site
Support for landlords and tourist partners
administrative office tasks and support of superiors
operational support for internal departments
Support at various events
Preparation of guest honors; Postal delivery
cash management; Sales of merchandise items

What we expect

Completed commercial training is an advantage
very good knowledge of German and English
Safe handling of standard IT applications (MS Office)
Ability to work in a team and enjoy working independently
Flexibility and willingness to work
customer and service-oriented thinking
high level of motivation, sense of responsibility and loyalty
